Q: Do you deliver Pan India?

A: Yes! Radiarte delivers to all states and union territories across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery takes 5-7 business days across India, depending on your location.

Q: Is there a minimum order value for free shipping?

A: We offer free shipping on all orders across India. No minimum order value required.

Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

A: Yes — Cash on Delivery is available on select orders and locations. A handling charge of ₹150 applies to all COD orders. This option will appear at checkout if it is available for your location.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this to track your order in real time.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

SIZING

Q: How do I find my correct size?

A: We recommend measuring your foot at home for the most accurate sizing. Place a piece of paper flat on the floor, stand on it, mark the tip of your longest toe and your heel, and measure the distance in centimetres. Match your measurement to our size chart:

Q: What if I am between two sizes?

A: If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up. This is especially true for juttis, which are snug-fitting by design and will soften and mould to your foot with wear.

Q: My juttis feel tight — is this normal?

A: Yes! New handcrafted juttis are naturally snug. They are made with natural materials that soften and mould to your foot shape over time. Wear them around the house for short periods each day, and they will feel perfectly comfortable within 3-5 wears.

Q: Do you offer half sizes?

A: We currently offer whole sizes only — UK 3 to UK 9. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for defective items only (unboxing video needed). Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Customised or sale items are non-returnable.

Q: How do I initiate a return or exchange?

A: Contact us at radiarte.in@gmail.com or +91 74280 92806 within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will guide you through the return or exchange process.

Q: Can I exchange for a different size?

A: Yes! Size exchanges are available subject to stock availability. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to exchange for a different size.

Q: How long does it take to process a refund?

A: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Q: What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

A: We sincerely apologise if this happens. Please contact us immediately at radiarte.in@gmail.com with unboxing videos and photos of the item and your order number. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.

Q: Are all Radiarte products handcrafted?

A: Yes — every single pair of Radiarte footwear is handcrafted by skilled Indian artisans. No two pairs are exactly alike.

Q: What materials are used in Radiarte footwear?

A: We use a range of premium materials, including silk, satin, cotton, jute, leather, and various embellishments, including beads, sequins, zardozi, mirror work, and thread embroidery.

Q: How do I care for my Radiarte footwear?

A: General care tips:

  • Wipe with a soft dry cloth after each wear
  • Store in the dust bag away from direct sunlight
  • Avoid wearing in rain or wet conditions
  • Never machine wash
  • Stuff juttis with tissue paper when storing to maintain shape

Q: Can I wear Radiarte footwear in the rain?

A: We do not recommend wearing handcrafted footwear in rain or wet conditions. Natural materials like fabric and embroidery can be damaged by water. If caught in light rain, allow the footwear to air dry naturally — never use direct heat.
